  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We offer standard shipping across the UK.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, strikes, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping offers may apply on qualifying orders as per our ongoing promotions.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress with the courier.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes or BFPO / military addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can review and assist you.

  • In case of lost shipments, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier and support you with the next steps.
